Playbook and ICP Development
Once we initiate the process, we'll schedule a kick-off call to align on your ICP and core messaging. We'll then create a customized playbook containing persona-specific messaging and talk tracks.

Interviews and Hiring
If you'd like to select your own BDRs, our HR team will promptly coordinate screening interviews with qualified candidates after the kick-off call.

BDR Training
After selecting the BDRs, we'll conduct joint training sessions led by Sales 8's management team and your product/sales team to fully enable the BDRs for success.

Campaign Launch
After pre-launch training, SDRs will go live, ramping up phone and email activities while continuing ongoing training sessions with both Sales 8 managers and your team.

Weekly Strategy Meetings
Your dedicated BDR manager will host a weekly strategy call for the duration of our partnership. These meetings will serve as a progress report, as well as a forum for us to socialize field feedback.
